6326/C3J20A Bearing Product features: Electrically insulated bearings can avoid damage caused by electrical corrosion, so it can be used in motors to ensure more reliable operation than ordinary bearings. It is more cost effective and reliable than other insulation methods such as shaft or housing insulation. Insulated bearings have the same dimensions and basic technology (bearing capacity) as non-insulated bearings and are therefore completely interchangeable. Insulated bearings have a 100μm thick coating on the outer ring surface that can withstand voltages up to 1000 V DC. A special spray process creates a uniform coating of uniform thickness and adhesion, which is then further treated to protect it from moisture and humidity. Electrically insulated bearings have a longer service life than other standard non-insulated bearings. Because it is completely immune to damage caused by overcurrent, it has very high operational reliability. The most commonly used insulating coating in motors is the VL0241. Even in humid conditions, it can very well prevent the passage of current. Ceramic coated bearings also require sealing. Product application: It is suitable for motors, generators, especially variable frequency motors. There are three types of insulating bearings that are often sold on the market: surface-coated ceramics, surface-coated resins, and ceramics for rolling elements. Surface coated ceramics have the widest range of uses. Installation method of electric insulating bearing: The insulating bearing chamber is made of insulating material with a certain hardness in the inner hole and the end surface of the bearing. Matters needing attention when installing insulated bearings, do not directly hit the bearing surface with a hammer during installation, and do not use insulated bearings with surface defects to clean the bearing chamber and bearings. Do not adhere to the conductors and choose a suitable shoulder. To avoid current flowing through the bearing from the side of the bearing, the bearing chamber must be inverted at an angle of at least 0.5 MM and a 10-15° deep slope. For DC motors, the shaft must be grounded during the resistance test.
